Change your background during a video call
With macOS Sequoia, you can choose a virtual background in FaceTime and compatible third-party videoconferencing apps. You can change your background while using a Mac, or while using your compatible iPhone as a webcam. During a video call, click the Video button in the menu bar, then select Background. Click the background preview, then choose to upload your own image. Upload your Backio.

Adding Your Backio Virtual Background in Zoom
Open the Zoom desktop app and sign in.
Head to your settings by clicking the gear icon in the top right. Choose Background & Effects from the side menu. Click the plus (+) icon to upload a new image. Select your downloaded Backio Virtual Background. Once uploaded, click the image to apply it. Close the settings panel—your background is now active and on-brand.
GoogleMeet
Using Backio Virtual Background in GoogleMeet
Join or start a Google Meet call.
In the bottom right, click the three dots and choose Apply visual effects. Scroll to the “Backgrounds” section and click the + icon to upload your Backio Virtual Background. Select the image once it’s uploaded—it will apply instantly. Close the panel and you’re set. Your call just got a whole lot sharper.

Open Microsoft Teams and join a meeting or start one on your own, then click the three dots in the meeting controls and select Apply background effects, click Add new at the top, upload your Backio Virtual Background, select it from the list, click Apply and turn on video, and you’re ready to go—clean, polished, and on-brand.
